ASTRA

ASTRA is our own in-venue software suite.

Astra has 4 main modules – Room Controller, Gaming Engine, Loyalty, Promo/Ad Portal.

Patron/Customer interaction and data collection happens via the hardware or app on smart device. Astra can link to a venues existing hardware or loyalty system, or you can use the Astra modules thereby linking patron behavioural data into progressive targeted campaigns.

The result is immersive engagement and loyalty promotions combined with Customised room environments (and Envim ready).

ASTRA is a modular system of integrated customer and venue touchpoints that pinpoint a customer, map their needs and delivers targeted messages and promotions.

Traditionally we look at patrons or customers as individuals – this only partly true.
